Shortened life?

If excessive misalignment or torque exceeding the allowable value is applied, the coupling may become deformed, affecting performance, and there is a risk of shortening the life of the product.

If an abnormal noise occurs

If a metallic noise occurs in the COUPLING section while driving, stop immediately and check for misalignment, shaft interference, or loose screws. Take appropriate action.

In case of large load fluctuations

In case of large load fluctuations, apply adhesive (lock tight) to prevent loosening of COUPLING tightening BOLT or use COUPLING with outer diameter one size larger.

When using above the specified maximum rotation speed

Using the COUPLING above its maximum rotation speed can cause damage or affect surrounding devices. Never exceed the specified limit.

Installing a safety cover

There is a risk of serious injury if your hands or fingers touch the rotating coupling. To avoid this risk, always install an appropriate safety cover to prevent accidents.

When installing or maintaining

Installation and maintenance should always be done with the power off. If the drive unit malfunctions, safety accidents may occur. Ensure the main power is off before starting any work.
