Split Clamping Screw Method
The JCL Series has excellent power transmission efficiency when the distance between shafts is long. In the case of the JCL-CW Type, the shaft connection method uses a separate clamping screw method, making assembly and maintenance easy. It has the excellent torque transmission capability of the jaw coupling. When using a connecting shaft, it is possible to transmit power over long distances more efficiently and precisely than the method of connecting with [coupling-shaft-coupling]. It can be used perfectly in the design environment through custom-length order production.

Characteristic | In case of long shaft distance, you can freely select the length of the coupling coupling with an aluminum tube installed between the two couplings for power transmission within the range of 3000mm. The hollow pipe connecting the center has relatively high rigidity and low density, so power loss is small. In the case of the connecting shaft, the detachable clamp method is preferred due to the convenience of assembly and maintenance. The maximum advantage of the jaw coupling that uses a poly-urethane material spacer is its excellent torque transmission.
